Hi my name is Doug Hancock I am the President and CEO of JSJC Consulting. I had a vision a while back. What if there were a pure consulting company who had no hidden agendas or bias to a particular vendor and who just had the customers best interests at all times. What if this company had decades of experience in IT and worked with some of the largest companies in the United States and abroad. What if a business model existed that was so unique that it virtually eliminated risk and so unique could guarantee outcomes. What if the company was not solely based on their bottom line but the right way to achieve with passion the best possible outcome for the outcomes of the clients business. What if this model was so unique the cost of acquisition of this consulting expertise cost the customer no upfront money at all.
That is exactly what JSJC has created. How does it work? A client engages us we set up a visit either physical visit or virtual visit. We understand the top initiatives of the client. We then determine the best possible providers for these initiatives. We prescreen every provider first. We then present our recommendations to the client. We then assist in preparing the RFP and RFI.
Next step is responses are received and thoroughly evaluated by ourselves and our client. We then either prepare a short list or if the right choice is obvious by our clients along with ourselves. Then the project will be awarded to such provider. After that we keep status on the project with both our client and the provider. If escalation is required we do such in a timely appropriate fashion.
Next, how do we provide speed to market. With decades of experience we will personally know the providers their past performances and their current capabilities. Some of these providers may be in the form of business owners who use to be former employees of mine or business owners we have decades of experience with. We know the providers very well and we have a truly unique inside perspective on their operations. We eliminate meaningless dog and pony shows. We eliminate the bait and switch. We have been around so long that we truly know who can do what and as important we know who cannot do it.

The extended team is over 50 people with a collective over 500 years of experience. A big differentiator between JSJC and other consulting firms we have had ALL our providers agree to the guaranteed outcome. That will reflect in your contract with the provider. If the provider does not provide the outcome that they committed to then they will grant all a full refund within 3 business days. Many providers say their contracts are guaranteed but if you have been in IT long enough you know sometimes this could take weeks months or even over a year. Our providers are specially hand selected and have high moral and ethical standards and any reputable provider should be able to do what our providers will commit to in writing. If your current provider will not do this then ask yourself why. Many providers will try to make excuses possibly shift blame and turn it around on the customer.
At JSJC consulting our providers will not do such a thing.
We believe in a complex world it is our job to simplify things for our clients. You sign a contract with a provider they either do what they committed to, no questions asked, or if not provide that guarantee and refund the money if they don’t live up to the contract in 3 business days or less.
